Area of Expertise
Pain Management
I specialize in pain management strategies. Pain is viewed from a holistic perspective, where we explore areas of the mind, body and spirit and look to engage with all of these systems in our plan. Acupuncture, manual therapy and lifestyle exploration (including sleep, nutrition) and mindful meditation are just some of the tools that can be incorporated into our treatment plan.

I have 16 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist in the hospital system (In both the US and Canada focusing on neurologic conditions such as stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries) and I have additional training in nutritional science, completing a Master's in Nutrition and Integrative health from Maryland University of Integrative Health. Most recently I have begun integrating Craniosacral Manual Therapy into my practice.
I and am a member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario, the Canadian Association for Natural Nutrition Practitioners and The International Association of Healthcare Practitioners.
My focus is truly on supporting you in regaining control and meaningful participation, to facilitate exploring, managing, shifting and cope with chronic pain, and to encourage an overall elevated quality of life.
